The "Official Journal" closed joint-stock company was established in 1997. Since then, it has been carrying out the publication of the "Official Journal of the Republic of Armenia", the "Journal of Departmental Regulatory Acts of the Republic of Armenia", the "Journal of Legal Acts of Yerevan" periodicals, other regulatory legal acts and collections. The "Official Journal of the Republic of Armenia" is published every Wednesday, the "Journal of Legal Acts of the Republic of Armenia" — on the 1st and 15th day of every month. Special numbers are also published, if necessary. Since 2005, the Company has been serving and exploiting the Legal Information System ("Arlis") of Armenia (010-56-50-78). Every day, 4-5000 users visit the website that contains nearly 60000 legal acts. The website is updated every week, recording the modifications of all journals and the inclusion of changes. Besides state order, the Company has established its fixed subscription network (010-54-44-41). The Company has a specialised stall (V. Sargsyan Street, 2750th Anniversary Square, in front of the Central Bank).
