Public survey on constitutional reforms

The Council for Constitutional Reforms has been formed, as well as the personal composition and rules of procedure of the Council has been approved by Decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia No 111-A of 27 January 2022.

The primary objective of the Council is determining the areas of reforms and organising, based thereon, the elaboration of the draft concept paper for the constitutional reforms, and then draft amendments to the Constitution.

Attaching importance to the opinion and participation of the public in determining the areas of constitutional reforms, the Council for Constitutional Reforms conducts public survey.

All recommendations will be collected and submitted to the Council for Reforms and the professional commission for consideration.

If you have recommendations or opinions regarding the areas of constitutional reforms, please submit them, in compliance with the form attached, by 31 March 2022 to constitutional@moj.am.

Anonymous messages will not be considered.
