Arpine Hovhannisyan receives newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Armenia Giorgi Saganelidze

On 16 September, Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Armenia Giorgi Saganelidze. Arpine Hovhannisyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming office and wished him success in carrying out his diplomatic mission in the Republic of Armenia.

The Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia highly appreciated the current level of the multilateral co-operation between the two countries and emphasised that there is great potential for the deepening of that co-operation.

Giorgi Saganelidze expressed gratitude to Arpine Hovhannisyan for the cordial reception, stated that Georgia has high-level and friendly relations with Armenia in almost all sectors and assured that he would do everything possible for further strengthening and development of the existing relations.

At the end of the meeting, the parties emphasised the need for exchange of experience and effective co-operation and considered the possibility of organising reciprocal official visits.
